1. Booking Conditions

2. Booking Confirmation

Your booking with Trav Lanka Tours is confirmed once you have completed the required payment as specified by our representatives. Please review the details provided in your confirmation invoice to ensure accuracy. Any discrepancies should be reported to us immediately.

3. Payment

Payment for your booking can be made via bank transfer or Western Union. Trav Lanka Tours is not liable for any cancellation fees or charges resulting from unauthorized payment methods.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before the reservation date incur no charges.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less before the reservation date will be charged the full reservation amount.

5. Responsibilities of the Traveller

• Ensuring that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the end of your holiday.
• Obtaining all necessary visas and relevant documentation prior to departure, including compliance with Sri Lanka’s Electronic Visa Authorization (ETA) regulations.
• Procuring adequate travel insurance coverage prior to your trip. Trav Lanka Tours strongly advises all travellers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
• Conducting yourself in a manner that does not cause distress or annoyance to others, or pose a risk of danger or damage to property. Trav Lanka Tours reserves the right to refuse service or participation in excursions based on traveller behavior.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on our website and in our promotional materials, circumstances may change after publication. Trav Lanka Tours will inform you of any known changes that may affect your accommodation or travel arrangements.

7. Excursions

Trav Lanka Tours reserves the right to deny participation in provided excursions if, in the reasonable opinion of our staff or excursion providers, a traveler is unsuitable or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In such cases, the sole remedy against Trav Lanka Tours will be a refund of the excursion cost.
